Urban Health and Wellness is a free medical clinic which serves residents of metro Atlanta who are uninsured or have Medicaid. Urban Health and Wellness provides quality medical care for routine primary care medical needs, chronic illness and/or disease, and help with prescription medications through the drug manufacturer’s Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Adult (over age 18) residents of metro Atlanta
  • Only persons uninsured or enrolled in Medicaid (Medicare patients are not eligible)
  • Income less than 200% of the federal poverty level (see table below)

  • Urinary tract infections
